The following documents should be submitted:

• Completed application

• $40 nonrefundable application fee

• Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended

• Official final high school transcript or GED scores (or associate’s degree)

A maximum of 64 credits may be transferred from a two-year or community college. Students transferring from a four-year institution may transfer any number of credits but must complete the last 31 semester hours in residence at UT. 124 credits are required to graduate.

Students may earn up to 30 credits by submitting satisfactory results on CLEP Exams (College Level Examination Program).

Graduate Programs:

Financial Aid Availability:

Evening College:

Federal financial aid is available for part-time students enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester. For student loan and federal grant consideration, students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA forms are available from the Financial Aid Office or online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Applicants should complete the FAFSA as soon after January 1 as possible. Filing online can reduce processing time from weeks to days. UT's school code (001538) must be on the form in order for the University to receive the results.

Part-time students may be eligible for Pell Grants, which are awarded to students earning their first bachelor's degree. For more information on financial aid, please contact the Financial Aid Office or see Web page for general information on undergraduate financial aid.

Graduate Programs:

Federal financial aid (in the form of student loans only) is available for full-time students, and part-time students enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester. Students may also apply for graduate assistantships. Assistantships offer MBA students the chance to enhance their graduate studies by working closely with UT professors and administrators, participating in special projects and research while contributing to various fields of study in business.

• Graduate Assistants must be full-time, unconditionally accepted graduate business candidates with a record of excellent academic performance

• Conditional or non-degree students or students employed full-time are not eligible for a graduate assistantship

• Applicants with a GMAT upwards of 550 and/or GPA of 3.5 or higher will receive consideration

• Graduate assistantships are available for a maximum of two years (4 consecutive semesters)

Benefits and requirements for students include:

FULL TUITION

-Full tuition for 9 semester hours during the Spring and Fall semesters. No more than 9 credit hours per semester may be reimbursed.

SALARY

-$3,000 annual stipend ($1,500 per semester Fall and Spring)

FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULING

-Work 20 hours per week (Schedule is planned by student and supervisor)
